In other words - Put your own oxygen mask first and you will be able to save, serve and be the hero for others. If you don't, a life perishes without having lived to its full potential.

Eustress = Being the state of beneficial and good stress and extremely essential to our lives.
Our cup is filled to the brim and oxygen mask is full on!
Actively contributing, leading meaningful and fulfilling work and motivated
Challenges are welcomed with curiosity, excitement and positivity
Too little stress and we are bored. And boredom is fastest way to depression!
Too much stress and we can tip over into distress and burnout.
Restorative Rejuvenation
Being Eustress consumes the most vital aspect of our lives - Energy.
Our cup and oxygen needs refilling and attention.

Maintaining a balance between being in the state of Eustress and Restorative Rejuvenation creates balance in our body, mind and soul. It is not skewed in one direction or the other. Often we find ourselves serving one more than the other. Not that we are neglecting the other, we run out of time, life gets busy and we tend to lower the priority of the other.
Can there be daily habits, rituals, routines that we can cultivate that does this balancing all the time? Can this become effective, efficient and effortless? The answer is an emphatic and resolute - YES! However, it is only for those who really truly desire, and commit to working towards this state.
Self -Care = Being in a state of Eustress and Restorative Rejuvenation
There are seven pillars of self-care, and paying balanced attention to each of them build up to the whole wellbeing.
* Establishing a good healthy body with each cell within that sings with abundant nutrition. Endorphins released within our bodies with good activity steps up our vitality to feel and be good.
* Feeding our minds with learning, growing and practicing these new found skills and knowledge leads to exploration past our illusionary boundaries.
* Engaging in meaningful, fulfilling and contributing careers / jobs pulls us into our communities where we become leaders and team players along with individual excellence.
* Being financially secure and independent allows us to take care of basic needs, and be philanthropic generously giving to causes and people that we care about
* Connecting with like-minded and higher vibration individuals uplifting our potential and becoming the person we are meant to be.
* Fueling our connection to a larger unknown power / force / universe / god with mindfulness, meditation, acceptance and above all gratitude for all the blessings in our life.
